added redux file about the applied class list
added cancel class function for the applied button(redux, state, It doesn't work on backend yet)

improved apply button && fetch applied classes while user login(HomeStackNavigator)
improved UI of Student Management screen

fixed bug

fixed bug: explore card list will update when user select filter option
fixed bug: the fetching bug(it happens while user login)
fixed bug: it shows other templates when users don't have class
