what I did
- fixed the explore filter(explore card list will update when user select filter option)
- fixed a bug: it always has a fetch error when users log in (change the if statement)
- fetch an applied class list while user login and keep it to redux
- improved the apply button, it has 3 status now(disabled, apple,applied)
